TRIAL SESSION: $75 Try us out - can be applied to larger package IN HOME / ON LOCATION: Rates vary from $65 to $125 per session by location. Call for details.
All packages are also available in 2 sessions per week format. Individual sessions with no package commitment are also available.
16 week series (48 sessions three days per week) $40 per session 8 week series (24 sessions three days per week) $50 per session 4 week series (12 sessions three days per week) $60 per session * session is 30 minutes with trainer, 30 minutes cardio after training session.
