Teen fitness options - Santa Monica

Personal Training packages (hour sessions)

16 WEEK SERIES: $65 per session (48 sessions) three days per week. 

8 WEEK SERIES: $75 per session (24 sessions) three days per week. 

6 WEEK SERIES: $80 per session (18 sessions) three days per week.  

4 WEEK SERIES: $85 per session (12 sessions) three days per week.  

TRIAL SESSION: $75 Try us out - can be applied to larger package

IN HOME / ON LOCATION: Rates vary from $65 to $125 per session by location.  Call for details.

 

All packages are also available in 2 sessions per week format.  Individual sessions with no package commitment are also available.

 

Half hour sessions*

16 week series (48 sessions three days per week) $40 per session

8 week series (24 sessions three days per week) $50 per session

4 week series (12 sessions three days per week) $60 per session

* session is 30 minutes with trainer, 30 minutes cardio after training session.
