I’ve always thought I looked good but not as great as I could.  My clothes were starting not to fit the way I wanted them to, and I was flabby with summertime right around the corner.

I've done several "other" boot camps with minimal results but the first week I started Mr. America's SMBC I saw quality results.  Ruben runs the boot camps that I go to and he is hands down the best at motivating you and coaching people of all levels of fitness.  The routines never get boring each day is different Ruben is not one of those "Drill Sergeants" that stands around and just tells you what to do, he actually does each boot camp with you which helps you learn proper form and encourages you.
