What's the difference between Jason Kozma's Santa Monica Boot Camp system and what other boot camps provide? 

1: Most boot camps are little more than calethstenics and running.  This is a fine way to burn calories but does not sculpt or shape the body.  My full boot camp program incorporates nutritional planning and periodic measurements and accountability for fat burning results that no other boot camp can compare to.  

2: The results of my approach include rapid weight loss, strength and fitness enhancement, and improved body and self-image.

Current Boot Camps

AM Boot Camp: 6 & 9 AM, MWF, three days per week plus 9:30 Saturday morning, 4 days per week.  Indoors on weekdays, outdoors on Saturday at Santa Monica beach.
